In March 2008, I had the honour and privilege to travel with 17 grades 6 & 7 students and Ms.Anna and Ms.Julie to Arusha, Tanzania. While we were there we worked to improve the conditions of students at the Loruwani Primary School. Loruwani has 1495 students and only 9 classrooms. While there, we worked to renovate a classroom, fed the students and got furniture for the school. The most amazing thing though was the love and warmth that was shared between the students and all of us. Join us on what each and every student called “a life changing experience”.
